Soundin Productions
began in May 2000. It was created as a consulting & information
firm for the commerical developement of special ( sound effects
) effects. It utlizies the sound design technology of Csound.
Csound is a computer based software synthesis, signal processing,
programming, sound-design, and composition application. Csound
was developed by Professor Barry Vecoe of the MIT music department.
Dr. Richard Boulanger is the current & only professor that
teaches this sound design program at Berklee College of Music.
